We all know somebody who has been in need of hospice care. At Keyhouse, we certainly have a great appreciation for those who look after us and our loved ones in our time of greatest need. As you may know, Keyhouse has worked with both St. Francis Hospice and Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services for many years. This Christmas we want to give their fundraising efforts a helping hand. That’s why this December we are launching our Christmas Hospices Appeal.
St. Francis Hospice and Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services provide specialist palliative care to our communities, covering a catchment area of over 1.8 million people. They rely on the generosity of people like you, and the business community so that they can continue to provide the incredibly high levels of care that they do. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has impacted their ability to raise funds and is proving a challenge to vital frontline services for vulnerable patients and their families.
To play our part this Christmas, and help them to raise necessary funds, the Keyhouse team are taking part in a 24-hour relay Cycle-A-Thon. A member of the team will cycle for an hour, every hour for 24-hours from the 16th December at 9am.
