The last few weeks have been full of change in the Irish legal technology space and understandably with that comes a sense of uncertainty. For all of us at Keyhouse, our team is expanding as we join the Dye & Durham family.
In the past, such changes have seen law firms forced to a new system or left with a system that is no longer supported while the new supplier kills off the old product. Support dwindles and they are ultimately forced to move to another provider.
What’s different with Keyhouse?
Our clients, and future clients, will continue using the Keyhouse system without any fear of being moved to a different system by the acquiring provider. Instead, our system is about to enjoy some additional investment and some fantastic third-party integrations with the likes of companies you already know and work with such as Brady & Co., Brady Rochford Group and Hibernian Legal, who were also recently acquired by Dye & Durham.
Our team will continue to be available to support you, and your colleagues, through the usual channels of email, phone, and support desk. They are still available for in-person or online training and system demonstrations, in your office or off-site in our offices based in the Irish Management Institute.
