This was the second installment in our Crisis, Danger & Opportunity interactive webinar series for Solicitors. We chatted about how to promote sustainability within your law firm through efficient work practices. We also introduced the idea of Lean in Legal Services. Our next webinar will be about The Law Firm of the Future and what exactly that looks like.
We were really pleased with how readily people participated in the polls we ran throughout the webinar. It was encouraging to see the shift in mindset as so many of our attendees felt the partnership model no longer served them and how interested they were to learn more about Lean in legal services.
In the last webinar we talked about how the significant impact of COVID-19, is forcing you to change the way you do business. However, in this webinar we saw that not only is change necessary but that Solicitors are open to the need for change and ready to take steps in the right direction. We identify that as part of this change that there is a great need to apply Lean to help us improve the way we do business in order to future proof our firms.
