Thank you to all who joined us in Dublin and Cork last month for our breakfast briefing on “Keyhouse and the GDPR”. We hope everyone found the event useful and left with a good understanding of the new tools Keyhouse has introduced to its Practice Management System to assist with meeting the new GDPR requirements.
We were really pleased with the turnout at both events and also how engaged everyone was in the topic. The was helped greatly by everyone’s participation in a poll ran throughout the seminar using software enabling us to ask questions which the audience answered on their phones with the results then updating automatically on screen. This got off to a flying start when we asked “Will the GDPR have a major impact on your business” with 80% answering Yes!
The key tools outlined in the seminar were a Data Purge Routine to meet a Subject’s Right to be Forgotten, a Data Export facility to meet a Subject Access Request and Security Profiling for Groups and Users to meet the new Data Privacy by Default requirement.

After the event, it was great to catch up with some clients and discuss the impact of the GDPR together and how Keyhouse can assist. If you didn’t get the chance to speak with us on the day, please feel free to get in touch by phone (01 – 290 2222, Option 3) or email (gdpr@keyhouse.ie) and we will be happy to help if we can!
